The PRO plan costs R$ 597/month for every school. Onboarding is paid once, based on the number of students, with a down payment and the rest spread over the first 6 monthly payments.

How payment works
Down payment and onboarding
You pay your tier’s down payment and the VaaTech team starts onboarding: spreadsheet migration, fleet, classes, plans and training.
Fee plus one installment
The R$ 597 monthly fee comes with one onboarding installment, in a single amount each month.
Monthly fee only
Onboarding is paid off. Only the R$ 597 monthly fee remains, with no new onboarding fee.
05 / CANCELLATION
No minimum term.
No cancellation fee.
The monthly fee is charged month to month and you can cancel whenever you want. These are the cancellation rules, which are also set out in writing in the proposal.

No minimum term.
There is no minimum commitment period and no termination fee. Cancellation is requested in writing to VaaTech.

Onboarding balance.
If you cancel before onboarding is paid off, the remaining balance is charged in a single payment, because the service has already been delivered. The balance is your tier’s onboarding fee minus what you have already paid, including the down payment.

Current month.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month in which it is requested. That month’s fee is due in full, and no monthly fee is charged after it.

Written confirmation.
The balance is disclosed before signup. Within 5 business days of the cancellation request, VaaTech confirms in writing the exact balance and what will be charged for the current month.

How does billing work?
The PRO plan is a monthly subscription of R$ 597 (Brazilian reais), charged month to month with no minimum term. In the first 6 months, the monthly fee comes with one onboarding installment. The contract is arranged with the VaaTech team after the demo.
How does onboarding work?
It is a one-time fee based on the number of students at the school: from R$ 1,497 (up to 50 students) to R$ 4,997 (up to 1,000 students). You pay a down payment and the rest is spread over the first 6 monthly payments. Above 1,000 students, pricing is on request at jorgeluizfdias72@gmail.com.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. If you cancel before onboarding is paid off, the remaining balance is charged in a single payment and the current month’s fee is due in full. After that, nothing else is charged. See the cancellation rules.
What happens after I sign up?
The VaaTech team sets up your school’s access and helps with your first steps in CRM VAA PRO.
How many locations does the plan cover?
Yes. The PRO plan covers one location: each location pays its own R$ 597 monthly fee and its own onboarding, based on its student tier. With 2 locations, that is 2 monthly fees and 2 onboardings; with 3, it is 3 of each. The manager runs all of them in one place, seeing each location separately and the school total.
Does the CRM send automatic WhatsApp messages?
No. The Inbox organizes history and ready-made messages; sending on WhatsApp is done manually by the team.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. CRM VAA PRO runs in the browser on computers and phones, and instructors take attendance in the Today app even without internet at the water’s edge.
